Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word used to describe universal life force energy. It is a healing system originally known as Usui Reiki Ryoho or Usui Reiki which was rediscovered by Dr Mikao Usui in the 19th century.

Reiki has no connection to religion, it simply requires a willingness to receive and experience the healing energy available to us.

I connect with Reiki energy through meditation, symbols, and mantras, along with the intention for healing for the recipients highest and greatest good prior to starting Reiki.

The process initiates a connection with Reiki energy which flows through the palms of the hands, and various energy centers alongside intuitive guidance.

Recipients are fully clothed during the Reiki process and may prefer to be lying down or seated when receiving Reiki.

Reiki has been known for the following benefits:

  • Supporting the body's own natural resources

  • Strengthening the immune system

  • Ease muscle tension

  • Deep sense of Peacefulness

Generally, I offer 60 minutes of Reiki at a time. However, I am flexible. We can work together to tailor to your needs. The number of sessions required is based on your own experience of Reiki and your requirement.

Distance Reiki is also available for clients wishing to receive Reiki in the comforts of their own home.

Reiki is another way of taking care of ourselves. It gives us the permission to take time to rejuvenate, and heal from the stresses of everyday life. This maybe physically, mentally or spiritually.

Main modality is Usui Reiki Ryoho.  Although, I also offer Reiki and Seichem healing with Violet Flame embracing the elements of  air, water and fire.

If you would like to book an appointment or would like further information about Reiki, including up and coming Reiki courses please get in touch.

Disclaimer: Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment. Reiki is available as an enhancer to compliment other forms of treatments, as well as being used on its own.
