What are you feeling? a sense of sadness, grief, anger or perhaps experiencing low self-esteem.
Counselling can offer a way to work through strong emotions. These feelings may be related to issues of the past which are being experienced in the here and now or perhaps a present situation which is proving hard to cope with or reaching a resolution.
Talking and exploring problems creating difficulty in one’s life, brings the potential to discover fresh awareness about the self and the situation.
For you the client, I offer a safe confidential space for you to explore your concern. In your process of exploration, I will work with you on your journey of self-understanding and communicate acceptance with a client lead focus. I will support you as you unravel the problem to find clarity through your own authentic answers.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a professional organisation for a good standard of practice.
This means I work with a code of ethics to ensure the safety of the clients I work with. In addition, I adhere to confidentiality and disclosure, engage in supervision, and continued personal development.
My modality is an integrative one with a foundation grounded in a Person-centred focus, with aspects of Gestalt and Transactional Analysis.
